Vicky has a special interest in supporting children and their families with:

Vicky is passionate about helping children, adults and families to feel better or gain clarity in their lives, through identifying their needs and working towards agreed goals, be it assessment or therapy. She values working creatively, collaboratively and transparently with individuals and their chosen support people, going at a pace that is right for them, consulting the evidence-base and working flexibly to meet needs. 

Vicky has worked with a diverse range of people and mental health conditions including anxiety, low mood, voice hearers, trauma, attachment difficulties and phobias. She is trained in a variety of psychological models, including EMDR.

Originally trained in England, Vicky has a wealth of experience in public, private, inpatient and community settings. She has also worked extensively with fostering services and with children, young people, adults and parents/guardians.

Outside of work Vicky spends time with family, friends and her dog Chester, who also made the trip from England! She loves to travel and explore new places, including waterfalls and bush walks, coupled with some cake to boost the energy levels!
